Lucy has done Gold PTโจ๏ธ, Silver PT๐ and then moved to Bronze Online๐ค when I changed gyms and is absolute living proof, that if you stick to the plan... It fu***ng works.
Together we created her perfect body, whilst also creating a friendship and a bond that will last for life.

Itโs been 6 whole months since I reached out to Abbie. 6 months of hard work, dedication, support and a lot of laughs with one of my now favourite people. When I started with Abbie, I was stuck in a rut of constantly starving myself alongside hours of cardio and then bingeing when I couldnโt take it anymore. I had no motivation or self-confidence and was generally really low.
In the last 6 months Iโve learned so much about macros, meal planning, how to properly fuel my body, how my body works and actually overcame my gym anxiety to become someone who actually loves lifting and being in the gym several times a week. Iโve also lost 12.7kg and 41cm across my body and am probably the fittest Iโve ever been! But more importantly, Iโve gained a happy and healthy lifestyle and a friend for life in Abbie.
It sounds dramatic when I say this, but she has truly given me a grip on my life and mental health again. She is a happy pill in a person and will forever be your number one supporter. The best choice I ever made.
