The goal was never to compete with other women, but to become secure enough to support them while building yourself too 💪 ✨

Be kind to yourself through the process 🤍

Changing your habits, showing up to train, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone… none of it is easy. Growth takes patience, consistency and a lot more self compassion than we give ourselves credit for.

As Olivia Dean said, “give yourself the love you give out.”
The encouragement, grace and kindness you so freely give to others? You deserve that too.

Your fitness journey shouldn’t come from punishment — it should come from caring about yourself enough to grow. Speak to yourself kindly, celebrate the small wins and remember that progress looks different every day.

You’re doing better than you think. 💫
