Wadhurst Runners A friendly club welcoming runners of all abilities.

We are a friendly running club formed in 1999 and meet twice a week on Tuesday evenings at 7.15 pm and Sunday mornings at 9.00 am at Uplands Community College.We welcome runners of all standards - whether you are just starting to run, running to keep fit or want to run races for a club - please come along.

15 miles or 5 miles… which are you going for? 🏃

The Bewl 15 & 5 Mile races return on Sunday 5th July, offering runners the choice of a challenging 15 mile trail around the stunning Bewl Water route, or a shorter 5 mile off-road race perfect for all abilities.

Organised by runners, for runners, this event is known for its incredible atmosphere, beautiful scenery and amazing support around the course.

The event also proudly supports Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS). Wadhurst Runners and Uplands Sports Centre recognise the incredible work carried out by the Air Ambulance crews, who provide life-saving care across Kent, Surrey and Sussex when every second counts. A huge thank you to them for responding to incidents every day.

Thinking about taking on a new challenge this summer?

The Bewl 15 & 5 Mile races return on Sunday 5th July, offering runners the choice of a challenging 15 mile trail around the stunning Bewl Water route, or a shorter 5 mile off-road race perfect for all abilities.

Organised by runners, for runners, this event is known for its incredible atmosphere, beautiful scenery and amazing support around the course. With quiet country lanes, lakeside views, post-race cake, beer and live music waiting at the finish line, it’s easy to see why it’s become such a favourite in the South East running calendar.

The event also proudly supports Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS), raising thousands of pounds each year for a fantastic cause.
