Small snippet of a class from a couple of weeks ago. Disclaimer it’s sped up, one side and not in the right order. We also did a lot more reps and there were optional progressions/regressions as always to make it work for you 💛 focus is controlled movement, balance, centre, breath… all that Pilates goodness.. see you at the studio soon! I’m a little late posting this because I’ve been making the most of the gorgeous weather and half term with the kids!

But on the 26th of May, Rise turned one 🎉

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to every single one of you who has supported the studio over the last year. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’ve only recently joined, I truly appreciate you.

The community we’ve built is something really special, and it’s been amazing to see everyone’s progress, confidence, and friendships grow.

I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day, and I’m so grateful that you’re all part of it. I never take it for granted!

Thank you for an amazing first year, and here’s to many more. See you at the studio soon! ✨

The best evening celebrating Rise turning 1 🥹✨ and honestly such a lovely excuse for a social!

Thank you so much to everyone who came, and to for the beautiful space and the best drinks 🍸🤍 Definitely up for making this a regular meet-up, so if you missed this one — we’ll see you at the next 😁

And thank you to ALL of you for continuing to support the studio and attend classes. But more than that, thank you for being the best humans. You guys are pure sunshine ☀️ (even if there are occasional complaints during a plank series 😂👏)

Movement is medicine, but so is community, and it’s been so special watching friendships grow and seeing people feel stronger, happier, and more at home in their bodies through Rise 🥰
