A huge well‑done to Alfie Chapman, Harry Jolliff, Will Di**le and Oli Hanton, who proudly represented Cornwall at the South West Under 16/14 Championship held at Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club.

The Cornwall team produced an outstanding performance, securing the David King Salver for the lowest aggregate score across the six competing counties.

A special mention goes to Alfie, pictured with the Cotswold Ram, after an exceptional round of 68 (-2) — the lowest score recorded on the day.

Congratulations to all the players and to Cornwall Golf Ltd for this fantastic achievement.

Showing appreciation for our Holywell course.

Golf has been played here for over 130 years, with these holes evolving through time - from early Braid designs to the layout we know today. Now a unique mix of 9 par 3s and 9 par 4s, just over 4000 yards of pure character.

Congratulations to Louis Archer who makes it to the Semi-Final defending his County Championship.

Louis started the County Championship hosted by our neighbours at The Point at Polzeath. Louis qualified in 15th place with scores of 77 (+5) and 82 (+10) in what were very testing conditions on Wednesday. He then beat Tiernan Wallwork (Tehidy Park) 2&1, followed by an impressive 5&4 victory against Billy Downing (Truro) on Thursday afternoon. Louis then got back to action on Friday morning holding his nerve with a 2 Up victory against Steve Waddell (Carlyon Bay).

Louis unfortunately came up just short against Joseph Ibbs-George (Perranporth) by a score of 4&3.

Congratulations Louis on a fine few days of golf. Everyone at the Club is immensely proud of your achievement.
