For someone who spent a career training soldiers, running the womens self-defence class was a challenge, but extremely rewarding. I heard some horrible stories of domestic violence and abuse, but also had alot of fun working with a fantastic bunch of ladies with a broad range of physical ability and mindsets. Thanks to and the Wednesday Newquay class will continue in my absence, led by and I will be running my class every
Thursday.

Both classes are completely FREE.

There's no silver bullet or secret technique that works every time, but through training, we can at least improve our chances against an attacker.

New timetable starting Mon 4th May. A growing demand means we now have more classes in Wadebridge. We don't stop for bank holidays or school holidays, we keep training.
