I’ve recently worked with several UK police officers moving to Australia. As part of their application process, I was responsible for preparing, delivering, and supervising the Australian police fitness test signing them off once all standards and required times were met.

From a strength & conditioning perspective, the testing was far more reflective of the physical demands of the job.

Better testing drives better preparation.
Better preparation reduces injury risk.
And ultimately it creates safer, more capable officers.
