SUNDAY YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a simple yet profound practice that nourishes both the energetic and physical body. It supports joint mobility, hydrates connective tissue, and promotes longevity while encouraging the free flow of prana through the meridians.

We hold passive, tension-free poses for 3–5 minutes, using props and modifications to suit individual bodies. Focusing on the spine and shoulder and pelvic girdles, the practice invites gentle, meditative self-inquiry and deepens mind–body awareness.

Each session ends with a relaxing shavasana, leaving you with reduced tension and stress, and improved sleep.

THIS SUNDAY - A couple of spaces remaining

YIN YOGA

Suitable for anyone experiencing stress, stiffness, tension, or reduced mobility in the body.

Yin yoga is a slow, floor-based practice that works deeply into the fascia — the body’s connective tissue network surrounding the muscles and joints. By holding supported poses for 3–5 minutes, Yin helps release tension, improve mobility and flexibility, support joint health, and calm the nervous system.

Focusing on the hips, pelvis, spine, and shoulders, this meditative practice encourages the body to shift into a restful, restorative state linked to reduced stress and improved sleep.

Suitable for all levels, with props and modifications provided.
