Innsbruck World Cup 🇦🇹

5 years on a lot has changed. My first World Cup I came second out of 2. This time I had to earn my place in the finals and I couldn’t be happier about it.

A mistake in the finals kept me away from the top spots but with so many strong athletes out there it was always going to be a close run thing. I’m proud that I was able to return and prove to myself most of all I’m still a contender. The weaknesses were there but they were clear and easy to work on.

This is just the start time to lock in and get back in shape.

Something truly special about this comp was the home crowd cheering me on. I felt so much support more than ever before. Having kids I coach cheering me on together was another kind of motivation.

La Rampe Infinie (7b) ✅ my first 7b!!

A surprisingly fast send for my first 7b. Very much in my style but putting it down first full go was a big surprise after flashing the 7a La Rampe Finie and having a quick go on the top half. Maybe not the most stylish but it went down. Good trip to the forest.

Mighty Oak 2025

Every year this events seems to get better and better. There’s something about being on the inside and seeing the love and hard work that goes in to these events that makes it just so much more special and makes the actual day one of my favourite days every year.

This was just what I needed a boost in confidence coming in to the set I was recovering from a period of low confidence in my setting and this was just what I needed to break that rut. I was very happy with my blocs this year round and watching some of the best climb on them was such a good feeling. Working along side the best team that made everything so fun and relaxed. Thank you to chief ( )for the trust and guidance as always. Til next year.

Well done to ( ) and especially ( ) and ( ) for putting it all together so well. Thanks for providing the holds that stole all my skin.

British Lead And Paraclimbing Champions

It was an honour to get be on the setting team for the Paraclimbing nationals an event I am extremely familiar with from the other side. My first time setting for a ropes comp and my first time setting a national event. It could have been overwhelming and I certainly felt imposter syndrome going in to it, lucky the team was great and I am grateful to , and for making it the best experience of my setting career so far. I started worrying if I would be able to contribute to such an experienced team. Would I be physically up to such a demanding week. Thanks to the guys help I felt I was able to confidently contribute and do my part. Watching the para team coming in force and putting in such a strong performance on our routes was incredible to see.

It was also an absolute pleasure to be part of such an amazing team( , , , , .grips and )for the whole event and feel like I was accepted in so easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience of setting for high level comps.
