No matter how far into your training you are, there is always more to learn. In the last few weeks I've started deadlifting with a sumo stance, and it's required me to leave my ego at the door, drop the weights and rebuild back up ensuring the form is there.

I feel like it's coming on well, but I film my sets so I can review them and there's definitely areas I am looking to improve.

Success in training is about never staying still, you have to constantly challenge yourself. At Inner Strength we will help you overcome those challenges and reap the rewards!

One of the most important aspects of training, no matter what your goal, is nutrition.

At Inner Strength we don't do diets. Instead we create long term sustainable nutrition plans for each client, to help them achieve their goals, without stopping living their lives.

I love food, and it's something I would never want to sacrifice, and I don't expect my clients to do the same.
