After some very good comments and really good fun I will be doing another muscular reinforcement course for runners πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ.

Why do you need muscular reinforcement?
-To avoid injury.
-To improve your time.

When do you need muscular reinforcement?
-When you decide to increase you miles.
-If you want to go faster.
-When you are starting your running journey.

The course will start on the week commencing 2 May.
Monday 7.15 to 8.15 pm
Wednesday 5.30 to 6.30 pm
