✨ MUM & BABY PILATES ✨
I’m so excited to share a little glimpse into our Mum & Baby Pilates classes and everything we get up to each week 💛
As many of you know, I’m currently 5½ months postpartum myself, and I honestly can’t put into words how much this class has helped me. Having a baby is the most incredible thing, but it can also feel incredibly lonely in a way that people often don’t fully understand unless they’ve experienced it themselves.
This class has given me so much more than exercise. It’s helped me rebuild my confidence, feel strong again, improve my postpartum recovery, boost my mood, and most importantly, connect with other mums who truly get it. The friendships, support, and sense of community we’re building is something really special.
Our classes are full of movement, laughter, cuddles, chats, and plenty of baby smiles. We focus on effective Pilates to help strengthen your body after birth, improve core and pelvic floor function, and leave you feeling energised and empowered.
We’re also growing a lovely community beyond the studio too! Once a month we organise a Mum & Baby walk after class, followed by lunch, giving everyone a chance to make new friends and connect outside of sessions. 🥰
