The Sports and Social Club was developed in 1904 by John Bamford, one of nine children of Henry John Bamford, who founded Bamfords Limited, which became a popular employer in the town.

NEW PRICING SYSTEM

From Monday, we’ll be introducing a new pricing system at Oldfields Sports & Social Club, with separate prices for members and non-members.

Members will benefit from discounted member prices, so there’s never been a better time to join!

Membership is just £5 for the whole year!

For only £5, you can become a member and take advantage of our cheaper member prices throughout the year.

Non-members are still more than welcome at the club, but non-member prices will apply.

This change allows us to reward our members for their continued support while keeping Oldfields a welcoming and affordable place for everyone.
