It’s 1 year ago today I had Major Surgery #1/2.

I honestly feel a little emotional because it was a complete life-changer. I’m still healing from both surgeries but it genuinely blows my mind I have had my first ribs removed AND a LOT (the most the surgeon had ever removed!) of muscle.

Yet I returned to work, both times, within 8-10 weeks, I am back to instructing fitness classes & Personal Training Clients AND performing somewhat normally for my own training (albeit more restrained as I am still healing 🫡).

It doesn’t feel like it’s a been a year, yet so much has happened.

So happy 1 year anniversary to me for bringing minus 1 rib ✨ (& many muscles)

🏆WEDNESDAY WINS🏆 CLIENT SHOUTOUT: ALICE 💜

Alice started training with me back in Nov/Dec, and the progress she’s made since then has been INCREDIBLE 💪

From low daily steps to consistently hitting 10–13k, building strength, and showing up week after week — this didn’t happen overnight. Just small changes, repeated consistently.

The difference in her habits, confidence, and routine really speaks for itself 🔥

Today was last day with us here at PG Uttox 😭😭 I first met this nutcase when I was a lil baby Gym Instructor (I had just started) & he helped me structure my classes (legit he was the OG muse to all of my classes lol)

Really gonna miss working with you, hearing all your jokes, learning from you & you being there when I’m having a breakdown in the staff room (it did happen a few times lol 😂😭😭😂) & fully supporting my rib removal journey 🫶😂

It’s been an absolute pleasure 🥺🥺😭😭💜💜

But as you don’t do goodbyes, this is not a goodbye, but a f**k off for now 🫶💜🤣✨
