Fascinating session with physio Andy Thomas yesterday on Testt rider symmetry! Amazing to feel the change in my horse when I’m not blocking him. Lots to practice, horsemanship is a never ending learning journey 💡

With competition resuming next week I did some test riding this morning at a local yard. It’s very important that riders receive positive, constructive feedback from judges that helps them to understand why they have received a mark and makes them feel that they want to have another go! 🐴
