Here's the guide for those who want to know! Always slow and controlled. Always, elbows almost out of sight, supporting head gently.

1. Sit ups
2. Sit ups, right leg in air
3. Sit ups, left leg in air
4. Sit ups both legs in air ( table top position, approx 90' behind knees)
5.Bent leg reverse curls with bent legs, no upper body used
6. Right foot resting on L thigh, reverse curls
7. Left food resting on R thigh reverse curls
8.Swinging legs upwards, with them almost straight
9.Held pulsing sit up
10.On back, slow straight leg d drops ' alt side
11.R straight arm glued to R ear , sit ups
12. Both elbows out supporting head, draw a circle to the R
13. L straight arm glued next to head and ear, sit ups
14. Elbows out, supporting head, draw circle to the left
15.Both arms straight above head both glued to either ear sit ups.
16. Lying on back, knees 90', table top drops.ALTERNATE
17. As above, but BOTH leg drops
18.Held " bow" position, straight legs , feet off floor, and shoulders.
19. In tabletop position, both side alt lateral leg drops
20.VERY slow roll ups to half way, very slow roll downs back to mat!

1. Full held extended arm and legs plank, just held.
2. Alt' salute L and R
3.Alt' "foot lifts
4.Alt' "foot tap outs"
5.Alt " hip hitches" touching opp foot with opp hand
6."Ladders" alt' knee straight in and out
7."Hill climber" alt' knee diagonally crosses towards opposite elbow
8.R, held, straight arm side plank
9. L, held, straight arm side plank
10.Alt "treading" of the knees, close to floor but not touching

ELBOW planks, legs out straight apart from 1 challenging exercise if done correctly.

11.Elbow plank, looking forward , on knees, knees far behind the hips, NOT below them!
12.Held elbow plank, straight legs
13.Held L foot on right foot
14. Held R foot on left foot
15.Slow hip hitch up high, then back to flat back
16. Alt knee treads, not touching floor
