X10 FULL extended arms and legs, planks followed by X10 ELBOW full extended legs, planks
1. Full held extended arm and legs plank, just held.
2. Alt' salute L and R
3.Alt' "foot lifts
4.Alt' "foot tap outs"
5.Alt " hip hitches" touching opp foot with opp hand
6."Ladders" alt' knee straight in and out
7."Hill climber" alt' knee diagonally crosses towards opposite elbow
8.R, held, straight arm side plank
9. L, held, straight arm side plank
10.Alt "treading" of the knees, close to floor but not touching
ELBOW planks, legs out straight apart from 1 challenging exercise if done correctly.
11.Elbow plank, looking forward , on knees, knees far behind the hips, NOT below them!
12.Held elbow plank, straight legs
13.Held L foot on right foot
14. Held R foot on left foot
15.Slow hip hitch up high, then back to flat back
16. Alt knee treads, not touching floor
17. R elbow straight leg side plank
18. L elbow straight leg side plank
19.Whole of body, moves side to side, through shoulders to ankles
20.Whole of body moves fwd and back moving onto tip toes and back
