We are running a self defence and karate class every week, I get a great deal of interest but sadly we are not getting the numbers (ZERO) I have paid adverts on FB with only likes but no attendees
These are our flyers (1000) we I am dropping off around Urmston Sports Club Urmston Live Urmston M41'ers any ideas would be fantastic
The classes are practical and fit for male and female young and not so young

Self defence cannot be learned in ONE lesson our aim is to raise awareness build your confidence and develop focus.

The classes will be practical they will involve padwork, they will involve scenarios and I will teach techniques that will work, and easy to learn.

Welcome to our page for self defence where we will share information, offer training courses.
This is not a MMA or martial arts group it is purely aimed at practical Bushido self defence training.
It aimed also at developing awareness and to build up confidence for male and female.
Although my training has for the last 52 years been in Traditional karate, I have developed and wrote and delivered a number of Nationally recognised training packages.
Including Personal safety
Weapons awareness
Edge Weapons awareness
The basic sessions are held every Wednesday night Urmston Sports Club Sports Moorside Road.
I do provide other aspects of training and private classes or small groups.
