PT FITNESS HAS MOVED ✨

Opening Monday 8th January!

It’s been a quick turnaround but I’ve been working hard with my boyfriend and family to get the new gym ready for Monday!

It is a work in progress and not yet complete 🔨
I can’t wait to make this place perfect. PT Fitness is an amazing community where we all work hard and chase our goals, you all deserve the dream space to do that in!

I can’t wait to start 2024 off in a new space, I won’t be moving again! 🤣❤️

My Results from December’s 21 Day Challenge!

3 weeks is not a lot of time but I decided rather than using the old ‘but it’s Christmas’ excuse for the whole of December, I’d make it worthwhile!

I feel tons better and found all the Christmas eating this week so much more enjoyable.

6 pounds down and 16cm in 21 days I’ll take it! I trained only twice per week as it was a busy time, hit 10-14k steps per day and ate in a calorie deficit.

It’s simple science and that’s why I know when you’re not getting results it’s because you’re not putting 100% in.

There’s no point trying to kid yourself (or me 😉) , there’s nothing better than working hard and being rewarded.

Time to build some muscle for me now and I can’t wait 🫶🏼
