Join us on our 6th container. This year, it is going stronger than ever for a 21-day yiga journey. 💫💫💫

As we enter the hottest turning point of the year, it's easy to become overwhelmed and over stimulated, Create a habit of checking in every day with yourself with a committed practice of yoga.🌞🌞🌞

With 3 pre-recorded videos and a live to go over any queries and knowledge of the practices, you get to choose how your daily practice looks.

We join in a whatsapp group to support and encourage one another along the way.
It's surprising how being witnessed and witnessing others' journey helps you keep showing up.

This month, we use 👇

*sun salutaion B (a traditional yoga sequence, honouring the sun)

*Gyatri mantra (a long mantra and prayer to universal energy)

*affirmation meditation (repetition in some strong empowering statements, reminding you who the f* you are!!)

No longer than 15 minutes practice

You also get to keep these pre records once the journey is complete, so there no pressure or judgment to look a certain way.

Recently I found the marketing of yoga really difficult, mainly because its so fixated on the physical practice
And we can so easily miss the magic!

I love the physical path of yoga because i feel the results strait away not only in the moment but after and I know my body will always thank me for it.

But did you know that in the philosophy of yoga there's only 8% of the ancient sacred scriptures that involve the physical body 🤷‍♀️
And the reason for moving your body is said for meditation, so you can feel comfortable in seat while you mediate.
(Along many other benifits, but ill stick with this one for now)

This doesn't take away the importance of body connection but it does add a difference to how you step on the mat and appreciate a yoga practice is much more than an alternative to the gym 🤷‍♀️

It is infact a lifestyle and has the impact to change everything you think you know.
Your body holds every emotion that you dont release, trauma that's not dealt with, the daily stresses and other peoples energy!

To move is to prevent a dis ease within your energetic feild, holding weight that is not yours to carry or no longer needed not just in the physical part of you,
so next time you step on the mat, do it with the intention to practice yoga, not just have a good stretch 🧘‍♀️
And you will have a whole new respect for this ancient practice like I do 🙏

I come from a background of financial fear and the mindset of lack...

Im a single mum who, from the age of 19, has had to provide and survive.

Only now, in my 40s, do I understand the value of self-worth.

I used to use language like "can't afford" "too expensive" "i can't" "not enough" "there's no way"
See where I'm going....
Sound familiar continue reading 👇

It's all energy, and what you say matters.
The universe will respond to your energy.
This doesn't mean you turn into a yes, man.
it means ask yourself,
"Do you WANT to invest or not ? "
Then respond to that!
Is it a Full body, yes or not, right now 🧘‍♀️
Dont attach it to the story that follows.

And flip side if you're working yourself into the ground to make sure others can afford your services yet exhausting yourself in the process. This is not a balance in energy exchange. 👈👈
I've done this too, and trust me when I say no one, thanks you for it in the end!!
Your energy especially!!

Yoga is not just about the pose.
it's a mind reset.
It's a way of undoing all the stories you've created or others have given to you.
