Started as a way to get members of the Rutland community playing tennis, RTA is a small but thriving community tennis club that meets twice a week for training (often with a professional coach - Richard Wilson at R2R Tennis) and is now starting its first season playing competitively in a mixed pairs league. We are also playing in a Winter League for both men and women. Anyone interested in joining in can get in touch via this page. We train and play at the courts at Uppingham Community College in Uppingham.

Lovely evening at the courts tonight when we were joined by Rob Persani from Rutland & Stamford Sound, helping us talk about our Open Evening at UCC on Tuesday July 28th. That's Rob in the middle - we made him pose with the racket 🤣 We might be featured tomorrow morning at 8:20ish so have a listen.
