Bootcamp/ UBR Christmas Drinks 🎄
Followed by the “After Party” at Bootcamp this morning!! 😂
For all the hard work we put in throughout the year at our fitness sessions, it’s so fun to come together, without the Lycra, and have festive celebrations!
I guess this is my “Work Christmas Do” but you guys never make it feel like work.
Seeing you all each week at various sessions brings me true joy and I’m so lucky that I get to do this for my “job”.

Small Group Spin Classes are here in Upper Beeding.

Are you ready for the BEST SPIN EXPERIENCE with a low impact, high intensity fun workout, in a friendly small group setting?

Small group means there are up to 4 people in each class- much less intimidating than a gym class and it’s right on your door step in a converted garage studio.

1) It’s SO good for you! Spin is brilliant for both mind and body ! ❤️

Music in my opinion is one of the most important aspects of Spin - you can be assured there won’t be a dull moment!

3) It’s LOW impact ⬇️💥
You are sat on a top quality spin bike and you control the resistance. It is low impact on your joints but still gives you the amazing cardio after-buzz!!

4) The PEOPLE 🚴‍♀️😊
Friendly and inclusive classes, surrounded by people giving their best on their bike and you can’t help but vibe off each other.

5) YOU are in control! 🫵
Spin is often spoken about as being “hard”.
The reality is, YOU are the only one who can make it hard (and this will be actively encouraged!).
You control the resistance, the speed and the level at which you are comfortable to work at.

WOOHOOO 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Back on the grass!! AND It was light until the end of the session!!! 🙌 ☀️

I always feel so grateful when we get to this point in the year that we made it through another Winter of outdoor fitness sessions!
We love the park in the dark and the wintery weather keeps us our toes but these sunny evenings are definitely welcome for a bit now!

South Downs Way Part 5 ☀️🗻🦅

What an amazing day for a long walk!
The sun was shining, the views were epic and the miles were smashed!
It was nice setting off on home turf nattering all the way and then having a pit stop at Chanctonbury for lunch.
The miles flew by after that until Chantry and then we had amazing banana bread (Charlie baked!) at Kithurst which perked us up for the last 3 miles.
We were both a bit broken by the end with aching feet but so worth it! The setting sun was so picturesque as we came down to Amberley.

We are officially HALF WAY ON OUR SDW WALK!
It’s only taken 1.5 years! 😂❤️

What a start to 2025 🙌 and the weekend 🥳

Bootcamp this morning was cold 🥶 but we soon warmed up and smashed out two rounds of some serious cardio! Followed by a tough core round! 💥

Thanks to Katherine Hutchings for coming and making us smile by stepping in as guest instructor!! So great to have you there and well done for effectively yelling at everyone 😂

Great vibes + fabulous people + top instructor + banging music = AWESOME SESSION 🧡

Happy New Year People 🥳

Today I am celebrating 7 years of Liz Anscombe Fitness and giving so much thanks for the community of people in my life! 🧡

Sessions this year for me have continued to be an unwavering place of happiness, sense of achievement, pure moments of joy and a bag of laughs 😊

I AM SO LUCKY 🍀 THANK YOU 🙏

Here’s to 2025 being full of light, hope, happiness, fun, fitness, good health and adventure 🙌

I’ll be back with Bootcamp and Spin starting this Saturday 4th January. I look forward to seeing you all for another great year of fitness and fun 💪

🎄Christmas Bootcamps Are So Much Fun!! 🎄

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thank you for being such a brilliant bunch and making me laugh so much. Thank you for always being so welcoming to new people, encouraging each other and always showing up!

Bootcamp continues to be a place for lifting our moods, bringing a smile to our faces and giving us sometimes a much needed place to come and forget about our troubles!

Two sessions left for 2024 - Friday 27th 9.15am and Tuesday 31st 9.15am - come along for the fun, fresh air and feel good factor!

What a treat to be walking back home!
Fabulous walk, nice conditions ( I think it’s the first time the sun hasn’t shone on one of our walks 🤔), great company, unlimited views, loads of cows, a f-ing gigantic bull (!!!), yum cake stop, super sore Achilles (😭) and many, many hills!
Brilliant! Knackered! Another section DONE 💪
