I am beyond excited for Thursday 😃 it’s been 10/11 months since I last taught Zumba so I can’t wait for this. I’ve a few new routines plus lots of old favourites 🫶
Thursday night 7.30-9pm at Uphall Community Centre, cash donation on the night or go to my just giving page ⬇️⬇️⬇️
You don’t have to do the full 90 minutes, please just do what you feel comfortable with, however once that music starts you won’t want it to stop 😘

Hey everyone 👋
I have something very exciting to tell you all……..
I am going to be doing a one off Zumba class on Thursday 28th August 7.30-9pm to raise money for MacMillan 💃 🥰 🕺 💕🫶
I will get a just giving page set up very soon for donations to be made there or donations in cash can be made on the night 💝
This will be the very last time I teach Zumba so please come along and support this night 🙏
I am beyond excited to see everyone and dance with you all one last time whilst raising money for such a great charity 🤩

It is with a heavy heart that I tell you I have made the decision to no longer teach Zumba 😞
It hasn’t been an easy decision to make and one that I have pondered over for months now but it’s time to call it a day sadly 💔
I know this will come as a complete surprise to some of you and I sincerely apologise 😘
I have been a dancer for the best part of 30 years and taught Zumba for 12 of those and it’s time to give my legs a rest.
As you all know I tore my calf muscle during zumba 2 and half years ago and physically I haven’t been able to do Zumba without the aid of knee straps and calf supports since and it’s just not practical to carry on this way any more and be in pain 😣
I could completely tone down the way I teach but I wouldn’t be true to myself doing this, I’ve always turned up for class to give it laldy and go hard or go home and unfortunately the time has come for me to go home 🥲
I have loved every second of teaching Zumba and I am truly gutted to be giving up my class and letting you all down but I have to listen to my body, I will still be the first one up on the dance floor to proud Mary or bits and pieces but I just can’t continue to do it week in week out 💃 🎶
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of my Zumba journey and my life for the past 12 years, it has meant the world to me and I’ve met people that will be life long friends 🥰
