Lovely coronation street party getting together with our nice neighbours in a way we would never have done otherwise. Our neighbours small children coming into the house for the first time to meet the ratties was just magic. We never have children in the house. It was so lovely.

The Sainsbury delivery guy can officially confirm there's a gremlin who hides my glasses. I couldn't lay hands on them, to check the substitutions. He said 'You had them in your hand when I came in!' We both had a really good look round and neither of us could spot them anywhere.

Hi dear Lotus Leaf Yogis & Friends. We're exploring cool floor based practices this week, so we don't all melt into our mats! Water's available at both our venues, still it may be an idea to drink plenty beforehand, so you don't feel dehydrated. Nice opportunity to explore how we can change the whole quality of movement in hot weather to something very relaxed and cooling.

As a yoga teacher, I've never felt I have any greater insight into how to manage life's challenges than the next person. That'd be ridiculous! Still there's absolutely no doubt in my mind that yoga offers meaningful lifelong inspiration to anyone fortunate enough to enjoy it.

It's curious the media still has a slight phobia about intelligent representation of post menopausal women. I find encounters with women between the ages of 50 to 100-ish to be amongst the most engaging, colourful and rewarding. An example of the 'Being One Bias'!
