Hello lovely peeps,
I’m here to ask for your support - This April I’m doing the Early Bird Challenge raising money for the RSPB to support the 73 bird species at risk of extinction in the UK.
Birds like the cuckoo, swift, even house sparrow!
I’m walking/running 73km in April, and raising £200… but I need your help!
I’m well on target for my distance - but if you would like to sponsor me a few quid - this will help me reach my fundraising target too.
You can donate and see my progress on my sponsorship page here:

Thanks so much of you are able to support this - the morning chorus is worth celebrating and protecting
🕊️♥️ x
It’s been a brilliant month for being outside.
I’ve walked with some of my gorgeous friends that fill my cup each time I see them 🤗 thanks gals you’re swell ♥️♥️♥️
I’ll reach my goal distance tomorrow and I’ll keep on walking! Being active and getting out of the house is very good for helping me manage my ADHD symptoms. Seeing a new horizon, open landscapes, nature, the movement of the trees, sounds that surround and envelope your senses, the new scents that wash over you, like the fresh air or even the almost sweet but slightly pungent smell of the river mud and sea w**d when the tide is out. The texture of light glinting through new verdant green fragile beech leaves. The hedgerows literally SPRING TO LIFE - the wild garlic and three cornered garlic prolific, bluebell carpets in woodlands, red campion popping out and speedwort scattering amping the billowing hedges as they begin to crowd the Cornish lanes again after such a long and draw out dormant winter.
I know Nature has a bigger plan than us…. And she will be ok, in-spite of the relentless battering we give her.
She will rewild the planet and restore balance if we could just learn to work with her and not against her.
