Huge shout out to Megan Elizabeth - Artist on this very hot day. She sends a lot of artwork our way to be framed and each piece is very beautiful.
However she arrived with these two glorious pieces and I am absolutely smitten.
If you want to grab a piece of Megan I would suggest doing it sooner rather than later. Her commissions are wild BtW!!!

This was a big one, not our frame but we did sort the glass, cut the mount, roller the image and fit it all together, then provided some very heavy duty hanging system for it.

I am so grateful that in my line of work I get to witness other folks ideas come to life. It gives me ways to move forward in my work creativity, and ideas I can splash around the high peak for others to use.

None of what I suggest are my ideas really, they’re embroidered together out of life’s tapestry. I wouldn’t be anywhere without the lovely clients and them letting me take weeks and weeks and weeks trying to make something work while also being original to them.

We’ve a huge amount of jigsaws over the years, and each one really does look great, however recently a lovely couple as us to a jigsaw with a romantic edge to it.
The story goes that husband use to hide one jigsaw piece from wife once she was almost finished. Just for laughs, so here it is presented in form. Last piece to the right, never to be complete. I guess that’s how it feels when death do us part.

As the sun appears and I’m deeply enjoying the weather guy local to Whitfield, and after a week long continuous sickness bug for the whole family, I’m feeling invigorated to post about and . There’s quite a few jobs on the table but now I’m 40 I’m trying to not get stressed as much. Currently drinking green tea and trying to be present in each day, while really want a can of red bull and some cheese and onion frisps for breakfast. Hey ho here’s some lovely black walnut with fancy AR70 glass to share with you all ###

Oak frames are beautiful for sure. Doesn’t matter what you use them on, they’re a classic, they look amazing, are easy to work with, and if you eventually get bored of them, can paint them.
