✨ MEET SANDRA ✨and Wally the dog!

Sandra, hailing from Ormesby and now living in Billingham, is a local girl through and through. She’s been part of the Home Instead family for over 6 years, and is currently a Senior Care Professional now working across the office and in the field. She is a true font of knowledge! Sandra brings with her a lifetime of experience, stories, and a mega personality!

Before joining Home Instead, Sandra worked as a Debt Collector/Bailiff in Sunderland for 9 years — and yes, she’s got plenty of stories from those days! Word from the wise - do as Sandra asks you to do. Before this, she spent 15 years with Arriva North first as a Bus Driver and then Revenue Inspector.
When she’s not working, Sandra loves spending time with her 13½-year-old chocolate Labrador, Wally — who is a calm, loving, but greedy little beggar at times! 🐾

Sandra enjoys local walks as well as trips to North Wales for longer adventures, and she’s always happy helping a mate out with dog walking too. She’s also a big reader and a WW2 history enthusiast. Finally, Sandra is a Beatles mega nerd as well as a huge Northern Soul fan who can throw some shapes — Wigan Casino style . If you know you know!

Favourite drink: A single malt Jura (no water)
Favourite food: Italian - Italian - Italian

We’re delighted to introduce Niamh Davies, our brilliant Scheduler! 🎉And Frankie the dog !

Originally from Middlesbrough and now living in Hemlington, Niamh joins us with a background in supporting others, having previously worked with The Priory Group in Stockton. Her caring nature, positive attitude and people-first approach make her a fantastic addition to the team.

Outside of work, Niamh is kept busy by Frankie the Poochon — a “total princess” 🐶

When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her:
✨ Watching crime documentaries and films
✨ Spending time out with friends
✨ Hitting the gym or dance classes with her mum or alternatively baking triple chocolate cookies !
✨ Planning her next adventure

One of her biggest recent achievements was climbing Snowdon with her family — incredibly hard work, but completely worth it for the sense of achievement and the views at the top! ⛰️ Niamh also loves to travel, with recent trips to Portugal and Playa Blanca already ticked off, and Ibiza next on the list 🌍☀️

Favourite food- Mexican — especially nachos loaded with absolutely everything, washed down with Fanta orange or vodka lime and soda and then banoffee pie to finish it all off.
