7 years ago today that I stepped on the stage for the very 1st time!
I learnt so much that day 😳
Like- I needed to train harder!😫
I came top 6. Not bad out of 11 ladies.
I still apply some of the guidelines to my training today:
- consistency
- commitment
- determination

Never, ever give up on something yo can’t go a day thinking about
Make it happen and don’t give up until you get there!
And make sure you have a great cheering squad!

Ladies! If you are *ahem* of a certain age then I promise you, it’s never too late to work hard and achieve that body you deserve.

I know that this physique isn’t everyone’s goal. The point here is that I haven’t always been ‘in shape’. I waited until I was pushing 40 before I took the leap into the weights room.
I worked hard, I remained consistent and (apart from family loss that sidetracked me) I stuck with it
