SPRING AWAKENING : A Self-Care Day Retreat 🌞
So excited to be hosting our second retreat together.
Together with the wonderful , we will guide you through a day of feel-good movement, nourishing food, relaxation and connection.
This day of self-care includes:
• Expertly guided Yoga and Pilates sessions to strengthen, balance and restore the body. Classes all very suitable for beginners.
• Guided myofascial release self-massage to let go of tension and stress
• Journaling to support meaningful, sustainable and positive intentions for the season ahead
• A delicious and nourishing lunch as well as tasty homemade snacks and refreshments throughout the day
• A reflexology workshop, guided by the wonderful
• Yin yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) for deep relaxation
• a goody bag to take home with you.
Set in beautiful surroundings just outside of Shrewsbury overlooking a peaceful woodland.
