First part, and "lowest hanging fruit" to lose weight; cut down on these foods. Highly processed carbs spike blood sugar and body MUST reduce blood sugar (high blood sugar is toxic) back down, so shovels this stuff into your adipose tissue (fat cells)

Most of us don't eat enough protein, especially as we get older. Target 1g per kg of your target bodyweight at minimum. Helps keep your bones and muscles strong

I only recently started my personal training practice, but am absolutely loving it.

One of the best things is watching my clients faces light up as the changes take affect. Their weight will start to drop within a couple of weeks, a change they believed was not possible for them now after so many unsuccessful attempts.

Many people just need the smallest of nudges to make profound change!

Resistance training for the over 40s is MORE important than for fit young people.

I specialise in this subject and can coach you on my favourite 6 full body exercises, that can be done in a 40 minute session, 3 times per week.
