Some people see Pilates as pointless as it’s slow, doesn’t burn lots of calories and can *sometimes 😅 feel relaxing but the truth is is that Pilates sets your body up for movement, it keeps your spine & joints healthy so you can take part in the Hyrox competitions, so you can lift the heavy weights & run that marathon without getting injured 🙏
