Fantastic effort in both classes, 6pm crew with some really great technique even if the facial expressions were lacking ! 7pm clubba crew lifting the roof off! Brilliant night all round

Did you know that some research suggests HIIT training might be able to stave off Alzheimer’s? I think sometimes us older folks avoid HIIT as we think it’s all about leaping around like a mad thing but using the weights to create intensity can be just as effective!
