Massive respect to the 7 who turned up for boxing last night at Everlast Gyms 👊🥊

Small group, but the effort and attitude were unreal from everyone. It was a tough session from start to finish and every single person grafted through it 💪

That’s what it’s all about , showing up, putting the work in, and getting better together.
