A stunning morning at the amphitheatre.
Interval hill sprint session.

A perfect morning for an 8am start time.
Our first land training session with Barrow Swimming Club.
Baseline fitness testing, followed by a swim specific exercise circuit. Excellent effort from all; very impressed

Two days spent playing a variety of sports & events; indoor athletics, long jump, tennis, basketball and slippery slip to finish.
Next two days; Tuesday 13th & Wednesday 14th August.

The first two sessions start this week; Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st July 10am-3pm
The forecast is for it to be very warm. Please ensure you have applied suncream in the morning with spare on their bags to reapply.
Plenty to drink too please, although there will be more water available.
A towel would be good too, just in case we do some water based challenges.

The Summer School holidays have arrived & our first two sessions start on Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st July 10am-3pm at Chetwynde School.
£30pp to include lunch or fully funded if in receipt of FSM.

If you have not recieved one, please first check your junk & then get in touch. I will resend as soon as I can.
There is currently limited availability on all days. Please see attached flyer for venue, dates & cost.

Summer Sports Day Camps 2024.
In collaboration with we are running 8 days over the Summer holidays. Days are all sports / activity based.
The days are fully funded for those pupils in receipt of FSM or £30 per person per day this includes lunch for all participants.
To book on any of the dates highlighted use the following; Messenger, Instagram, Email. For new bookings we will require the following information: Email address, date / day you would like to book on, name and age of your child / children, FSM or paid place. You will receive availability confirmation via email. Full payment (if applicable) via BACS is required at that point.

A busy day starting with fitness; Circuit Training. Followed by Basketball, Dodgeball, Hockey & Handball.
They didn’t really stop all day…….
Think hot seat & dodgeball was the favourite 🤩
