We’ve had a lot of requests for some intro to reformer sessions so we will be offering these 30 minute sessions on Sunday the 28th of June!

One thing you’ll notice about our reformer classes is that they’re intentionally small.

As a physiotherapist, I love being able to give everyone a little individual attention along the way. No disappearing into the back row here!

Small classes allow us to get to know how you move and offer adjustments and feedback as needed. We love helping you build confidence and strength 💪

It also makes a super friendly, supportive atmosphere where you can move well, feel good and have fun.

Hope you’re all enjoying the new timetable - it has been lovely seeing you at the new classes! 🩷

Introducing Abi who starts teaching tonight! Here’s a little bit about her:

‘I’m passionate about helping you feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in your own body.

My sessions are supportive, relaxed, and designed so you can move at your own pace - whether you’re completely new or more experienced. I focus on building strength, improving the way your body moves and helping you feel good while moving.’

Abi’s classes are available to book on the website or the app. She is teaching Wednesday evenings, Friday evenings and Sunday mornings 💕🙌
