Cricket camp!

We are looking to start a 10 week fast bowling and batting program for boys and girls aged 11-19. Nothing has yet been confirmed we just wanted to see if we’d get enough interest before booking.

If we do get a good number of people the price will go down per person.

A couple of the u15s girls working hard. Some really good progress being made.

The first lass has a really nice tall action. We are now working on delaying that front arm to generate more momentum through the crease. As before she was falling away to early loosing hight and pace.

The second lass we are working on her run up as shown on the first video she has short stride pattern and splay out when running in. With using the hurdles she now is having to drive more with her knees which isn’t allowing her feet to spay out of line.

Working on a front on bowler who is loosing his front arm to early and is collapsing over to his left side which has caused side stains in the past.

So what we have done is slightly pull both his bowling and front arm back to delay his front arm from falling away

Fast bowling prep for pre season/ warm up before bowling

Med ball exercises are great to use in preseason as a progressive exercise that help strengthen your core and stabilising muscles and therefore reduce your risk of injury.

It’s also a good one for preseason as it fires up the body again and reactivates the muscles that are needed for bowling.

But we would highly recommend doing these drills before every session/game as these are more specific to what you need to be doing before going out to bowl.
