Accountability is a big concept. Some folk think it means they'll be bossed around, or be in trouble if they don't hit targets. But here's the thing, coaching is your space not mine, I'm here to help you work out what's going on for you, how you are, whether it's the right goal, so that you can achieve what you're hoping to. I'm never cross if you haven't "done a thing" I care about whether you're doing the right thing for you. And that means you'll always be held in the coaching space, with compassion and care, because growth comes from safety, honesty and accountability not hitting arbitrary targets
