In a months time I will be taking on a tough ultra challenge in order to raise money for Prostate Cancer.

I’ll be hiking , maybe a jog if the legs can manage it, and more than likely a crawl at the end, 100km in one go through the day and night along the VERY hilly Jurassic Coast.

I saw this online somewhere but thought it would be a fun one for people to have a go at.

I’m calling it the sock off balance challenge, do both legs, I only did one as I’m shy 🤪.

Foot can’t touch the ground or the standing leg, see if you can keep your balance whilst taking your shoe and sock off and then putting back on again.

Give it a go and if you’re a bit unsteady on your feet make sure you’re standing close to a wall to grab on to.

PS. I don’t recommend doing this after a couple of mulled wines. 🍷 🧦 🙃

I love hanging out at the gym Dead Hangs are a way to improve grip strength, decompress the spine, and personally I have found them to improve my shoulder health and mobility, no more niggles, but unfortunately they haven't made me any taller. 😆

I filmed this for a client then thought I’d share it here in case anyone is looking for a 3 minute mobility flow.

I have been doing these every single day for a long time now and it has improved my mobility in my hips and alleviates the lower back niggles I used to get plus it just feels good !

Give it a go, it takes 3 minutes, your body will thank you for it 😁
