Delighted to announce that Molly was successful in her promotion to 1st Degree Black Belt.

I started teaching Molly in 2019 when I took over the Uckfield classes, but she has been training for 12 years since she was 4 years old!

No journey is without its bumps in the road, but her dedication and consistency to training have paid off. A massive well done to you.

Molly is our 10th student from the club to be promoted to Black Belt, so for me, this one is a special milestone.

Results from the All England Taekwon-Do Association English Open 2025.

I am very proud of all my students who stepped on the mat. Regardless of results I am happy they competed and conducted themselves so well.

Bethany - 3 Golds + Overall Senior Female Trophy
Amber - 1 Gold, 1 Silver
Molly - 2 Silvers
Ethan - 1 Silver, 2 Bronze
Ben - 1 Silver
William - 1 Bronze

Competition is hard but it is a brilliant test of our skills and a great way to improve. Next competition is in less than a month, I hope to see many of you there.

WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE AN INCREDIBLE SEMINAR FOR ITF MEMBERS!!!

Mr Brendan Doogan (Power Test World Champion 2013) & Mr Wesley Filiki (Power Test World Champion 2015/2017/2019) from New Zealand are coming to England for a seminar on Power Test and Special Technique.

SUNDAY 8TH JUNE 2025 IN CROWBOROUGH EAST SUSSEX

Our guests will present their training methods, techniques and tips they have honed to become world champions over many years. Mr Brendan Doogan will also explain he science of jumping that has helped New Zealand to become a power house in special technique.

With use of many Power Test machines and the AETA TPS Special Technique machines, students will have an incredible opportunity to learn from the best. Separate sessions for age ranges below:

9:30am – 12.30pm: 10-14yrs – All Colour Belts – Special Tech + Power

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Lunch break

1:30pm – 4.30pm: 15yrs+ – All Colour belts + all Black Belts – Special Tech + Power

4:30pm – 5:30pm: Black Belts Only

Beth smashing her way to Gold at the ITF England National Championships.

We had a small number of competitors but took home 5 Golds and 7 Bronzes. Well done to everyone who took part, regardless of results I am proud of you all for coming along.
