Alongside the studio 1:1/2:1 sessions, here’s this week’s Group Timetable:

GENERAL/IMPROVER
Suitable for clients of all ages and abilities, including those with minor injuries. Options will always be given, and you will be encouraged to work with your body, and choose the level most suitable to you.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Suitable for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates principles, are injury free and ready for a challenging class, combining more advanced repertoire and choreography.

ADVANCED+
This class combines advanced repertoire and choreography, and works towards regularly challenging ourselves with the full 34 exercises in the classical repertoire. These classes are only suitable for clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates principles, and are completely injury free.

BUFF BONES®
An entire movement system of body conditioning for bone and joint health, integrating Pilates, Functional Movement and Therapeutic Exercise. Safe for those with osteoporosis and arthritis.

SLOW FLOW YOGA
A modern, anatomy-informed way to learn Yoga. These classes are ideal for those who enjoy a sustainable, explorative, and educational approach, building flexibility, strength and ease of movement.
