Well done to our fantastic gymnasts who have qualified for the Inter-Regional Finals in July, where they will represent the South East in Birmingham!

Last week they attended their squad training day alongside coaches Kerry and Abi, where they worked incredibly hard and represented Sky High brilliantly 👏

We’re so proud of all their efforts and can’t wait to see them shine in Birmingham this July 💚

Congratulations to our gymnasts for their performances at the Three Cs competition in Milton Keynes!

These gymnasts qualified for the event through the county qualifiers earlier in the year, which is a fantastic achievement in itself 💚

They represented the South East alongside Be Gymnastics 💙

It was a fun and enjoyable competition, with great performances from everyone. Thank you to Mark for his coaching and support on the day, and well done to all of our gymnasts for their hard work 👏

Congratulations to our fantastic Display Team, who performed at GymFusion last month – they did Sky High proud!

Performing to this year’s Heroes theme, the team delivered a brilliant routine and had an amazing time throughout the event. A real highlight was meeting trampolinist Izzy Songhurst.

In 2023, Poppy shared her experience completing her Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship with us through the Active Sussex CoachCore programme.

Poppy completed her apprenticeship in December 2022 and is still a key member of the Sky High team today. Her journey shows just what can be achieved with the right support and opportunity.

Whilst our tumblers were competing at the English Silver Championships, our trampolinists and DMT gymnasts were bouncing across the other side of the arena at the second qualifier for the English Championships 🤸
We saw some excellent routines and passes throughout the day, with great performances across all disciplines.
Well done to everyone involved, and thank you to our coaches for all their hard work and support 👏

Congratulations to all of our gymnasts who competed at the English Silver Tumbling Championships last weekend.
We had an incredible 14 gymnasts qualify in the top two to earn their place at this event – a huge achievement in itself and something we are incredibly proud of 👏

A special well done to our medal winners:
• Indiana – Regional 4, 1st
• Iseult – Club 6, 1st
• Eva – Regional 1, 3rd
• Bertie – Regional 2, 1st

You all performed brilliantly and represented Sky High fantastically.

Congratulations to Adam, who was selected to represent England at the Home Nations competition in Telford last weekend.
Although he had a small error at the end of his routine, he still achieved an incredible second place. This was Adam’s first time competing for England and working with new coaches, making this result even more impressive.
Here is a video of Adam at the English Championships the following weekend, where he achieved an impressive 9.1 ex*****on score.

Sky High Trampoline and Gymnastics Academy is one of 121 local good causes supported by the Wealden Community Lottery.

We spoke with Stella Jackson, one of the club’s co-founders, who emphasised the importance of Lottery funds for the to the day-to-day running of the club, providing them with a reliable monthly income to buy equipment for their much loved “mini-fun sessions, family-fun sessions and SEN sessions.” Sky High at Fun Abounds

While Adam and Cerys were competing in Telford, our county and some regional gymnasts were in Worthing taking part in the Sussex Martlets Invitational.

A fantastic effort from all of our competitors — plenty of new routines performed and lots of competition firsts achieved.

Well done everyone, you should be very proud 👏
