28th May Fridays 9.20-10.20am

Pilates is a fabulous form of exercise that strengthens and tones the whole body with special focus on core strength and stability. In Power Pilates we use light weights to tone and strengthen the upper body and some standing Pilates with a splash of Barre, to work on lower body strength & balance. Keeps bones strong and dense. Mat work we focus on core & glute strength and stability, strengthening glutes and finishing with some lovely mobilising movement to keep aches and joint stiffness at bay.
