It’s been a WILD ride the past 8 months; contraceptive pill had really messed up my body, and to a point still continues to do so 🫪

I had six months of coaching from my gorgeous friend Dani | Fat Loss Coach for Women. I’ve been a gym ‘user’ ever since I was 17/18 (15 years… what the heck!) but I’ve learnt more from Dani in those 6 months than I ever have!

I love watching my body change, I love that I’ve still managed to keep my curves ⏳ I love that I feel so strong and no longer weak 🤣 and I love how I have fallen back in love with the gym again.

I can’t wait to see what the next 8 months brings! For now, it’s about really tightening the diet up, getting those whole foods in and drinking so much water!
