So due to shifts and normal life myself and the other half won’t have a proper Valentine’s Day so yesterday we took out the canoe! Wasn’t on the water for long, but was good to get out in some challenging conditions as well as extra kit we know we need to make life more comfortable on top of that managed a small coaching session with the girl!

Back when I completed the Isle of Wight challenge 100Km in 2 days! Again another little gem I found this evening.
