Come and try a fun, friendly dance session with Happy Me Dance at Horsted Health Club @ East Sussex National, Uckfield.

📅 Thursday 17th September
⭐ Kids 4–7yrs: 5.00–5.45pm
⭐ Mids 8–11yrs: 5.45–6.30pm
Our Kids and Mids classes offer fun and friendly dance sessions designed to build self-confidence and teamwork, while empowering young people to develop their character and individual creative voice.
📅 Friday 18th September
⭐ Teens 11+yrs: 6.30–7.15pm
Our Teen classes are designed to develop dance technique across a variety of styles, including lyrical, commercial and contemporary, while building confidence and self-mastery in a supportive and nurturing environment.
No experience is needed. The taster sessions are a great way to come along, meet us and see what Happy Me Dance is all about.

Kids 4–8yrs
Our Kids classes offer fun and friendly dance sessions designed to build self-confidence and teamwork, while empowering young people to develop their character and individual creative voice.

Mids & Teens 9–16yrs
Our Mids & Teens classes offer young people the opportunity to work with and alongside professional and graduate dance companies in a number of leading dance venues.

Classes are designed to develop dance technique across a variety of styles, including lyrical, commercial and contemporary, while building confidence and self-mastery in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Whether they already love dancing or are looking to try something new, our taster sessions are a great way to discover what Happy Me Dance is all about.

Looking for a fun activity for the kids this week? Join us this Thursday 27th August for an afternoon of dancing, music and fun at Langton’s Cafe!

👧🧒 Suitable for children aged 5–11 years
💷 £20 per child

The session includes lots of dancing and activities, a refreshment break, and a mini-performance for parents and carers at 2.45pm so you can see what the children have been working on.

☕ Langton’s Cafe will be open throughout the afternoon, so parents and carers can stay and enjoy snacks and drinks while the children dance.
