Impact fitness Academy is a non-profit organisation bringing Wrestling and MMA classes to the West Midlands

We provide classes for both Young people and adults

Impact Fitness Academy coaches are fully qualified and have extensive knowledge in strength training and personal development

Training can be personalised to cater for individuals and groups, and different levels. We run our classes throughout Birmingham. Please visit the main page for information on current classes available in each area. Our classes are always held in dedicated venues. We have experience in delivering classes for youth and community. Classes currently running:
