Hey, If you like outdoor fitness and Keep meaning to get moving but don’t want the gym commitment then come along to my Small group training on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at North Shields Rugby Club at 7am. Also New Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at Royal Quay’s at 6pm.
