Jane started at the beginning of February this year with the aim to gain weight and become healthier!

And that is what she did!!!!

We started with a steady surplus for 6 months then gradually dropped it down to maintenance, switched our macros up with the aim of dropping some excess fat and still retain as much muscle mass as we could!

Over this time Jane has gained just over 1 stone and managed to maintain it! Now that we've completely changed the look of her quads and glutes the aim is to continue to head slowly back into a surplus and work on growing her glutes more!

Long term goals 👀

It's so important when you first start out to have a long term goal in sight and accept that it will take you a while to hit it!

In the mean time start by aiming for smaller, short term goals - that long term goal will appear to be more realistic as you pass those smaller ones!

has been in and out of the gym with us over the past year doing exactly that! Then joining a local gym and continuing what she had learnt before coming back 8 weeks ago and working more intensely on reaching her latest goal!

A LOT.

Both physically and mentally has smashed training! Even with 2 weeks off mid way due to a running injury she has managed to adapt and hit all the goals I've set for her to make insane progress!

The 6am starts have definitely paid off!!

Sarah has trained on and off with us at Supa-Intense over the past year but after a few months off she came in for a 1-1 programme, we broke everything down into smaller daily targets and here we are 8 weeks later!

Soo proud enjoy Xmas and we'll see you soon!!!! 🤩❤️

Big moment for my lovely client !!!

Training on our small group training programme the past 2-3 months and both pics are the same dress! End of May to last week!

We eased her in with just training sessions then tracking cals to now tracking macros too, this worked best for Lauren and now she’s upped her training days to 3 she’s progressing even more!

Cals we’re upped more than she expected in the beginning due to unknowingly not eating enough prior to training and she’s made incredible progress so proud ✨🤍
