She shows up 3 PT sessions every week, always gives 100%, and regularly adds extra cardio on top of her gym workouts because she genuinely wants to push herself and improve 🙌

From the start I was provided witj a meal plan tailored to suit me and I tracked consistently, training 3 times a week with Marcus and by meself in the gym and watched the weight start flying off

Fast forward to 2026 my goals changed and I wanted to be stronger not skinny and once again have a tailored meal and workout plan that suits me

Nothing was and never is too much trouble I receive 24/7 support and still track consistently today, best decision i ever made it’s completely helped me not even just physically but mentally also

Beth’s been training with me for the past couple of years, starting with 2 PT sessions a week and later stepping it up to 3. Over the last 12 months she’s really levelled up taking time to focus on herself, tightening up her nutrition, increasing daily steps, prioritising protein, drinking more water, and making smarter choices when eating out 🙌

The consistency and discipline she’s shown is exactly why the weight and dress sizes have flown off, unreal effort 👏

Since starting in March, Emma has completely transformed not just her body, but her confidence, mindset, and lifestyle

From day one, Emma has given 100% effort. Despite managing arthritis and a meniscus tear in her knee, she never used it as an excuse. We adapted exercises where needed, focused on what she could do, and kept training consistent and safe

“The last 9 weeks have been incredibly positive and productive. The coaching felt structured but flexible, supportive without being overwhelming, and each week built on the last. Physical changes:

This year Sally wanted to step things up as she prepped for her holiday and these results speak for themselves 💪🏽

“I used to start the gym for a few weeks and then give up but since working with Marcus i have finally had the accountability, structure, and plan I needed to stick with it. Before, I never really saw any changes because I didn’t stay consistent and I wasn’t confident going to the gym alone I’d just stick to the treadmill, a few machines, and some sit ups 🤣.

This year has been completely different. I’ve been the most consistent I’ve ever been, and I’ve even fit back into a size 6, which I’m really proud of. I don’t weigh or measure myself because I don’t want to get obsessed with it, but I go off how I look and feel and I’m the happiest with my figure that I’ve been in a long time!

Marcus always makes sure I’m on track, and when I’ve got something specific to work towards, he adapts my diet and training so I can hit my goals. The morning classes have such a good vibe they’ve not only helped my fitness, but also massively improved my confidence in the gym and my mental health. Honestly, I feel the best I have in years, both physically and mentally.”

“ I hit a wall and really needed some help to continue my weight loss journey. Marcus came highly recommended from friends who attend his group sessions so I thought id give it a go.

Fast forward 3 months and ive lost 11 lbs, 4 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my hips! Not only has this restarted my weight loss, im actually really enjoying exercising and seeing the results. Ive never really done any exercise before so was quite nervous but everyone in the groups are really welcoming and supportive.

From day 1 Marcus has made sure that I know what im doing in the classes, always checking in making sure im doing the right thing, as for someone who’s barely ever been in a gym this was quite daunting for me!
Having the app and regular check ins from Marcus has really kept me on track and kept me motivated. Ive still got a way to go but im really looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the next 3 months.”
