Astley & Tyldesley JFC are a local amateur football club who have boys and girls teams that range from under 5's through to open age teams. Coaches are all Level 1 qualified and CRB checked. We are always on the lookout for new players as well as coaches.

🟢 ASTLEY & TYLDESLEY FC – PLAYER RECRUITMENT 2026/27 🟢

For players aged 16+

Astley & Tyldesley FC are looking for ambitious players seeking a fresh challenge ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Whether you’re an experienced player or a talented young player ready to test yourself at the next level, we want to hear from you.

Our First Team & Reserve Team Open Pre-Season Sessions begin on Tuesday 23rd June, and we’re looking for players with the attitude, commitment, and desire to be part of a growing and ambitious football club.

If you’re ready to work hard, compete, and earn your place, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

💚⚽ GRACE FEST⚽💚

At Astley & Tyldesley FC, we’re more than just a football club – we’re a family. Right now, one of our own needs the support of our amazing community.

Grace, mum to two wonderful children, Juliet and Myles, is bravely fighting breast cancer and cancer of the spine. Through everything, she continues to show incredible strength, courage and determination.

On Saturday 27th June, friends, family and the local community are coming together for Grace Fest – a fantastic day of fundraising filled with live music, entertainment, food, inflatables, raffles, a fun fair and so much more.

Our A&T Blacks U8s are looking to add medium-level players to their squad. If your child loves football, wants to improve their game, work hard, develop alongside teammates and most importantly have fun, we’d love to hear from you!

Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one for so many young people.

We’re especially proud of our Astley & Tyldesley players who are finishing Year 11. Some of you have been part of our club for many years, growing not only as footballers but as fantastic young people. It has been a privilege to watch you develop both on and off the pitch.

Whether you’re heading to sixth form, college, an apprenticeship, the armed forces, or starting work, we wish you every success in whatever comes next.

We hope football continues to be a part of your journey, and for many of you, we hope your time with the green and white will continue for many years to come. 💚⚽

We’re delighted to reveal the very first Astley & Tyldesley FC kit featuring our updated club badge – proudly worn by our Under 7 & Under 8s Greens! 🌟

This marks the start of an exciting new chapter for the club, with some of our youngest players leading the way in the fresh new look. The badge represents our proud history, community spirit and remembers two special people who although maybe no longer with us- remain at the heart of our club ⭐️⭐️

The U7 & U8 Greens have shown fantastic enthusiasm, teamwork and development through the season, and they look will brilliant in their new kits! 💚🤍
