Astley & Tyldesley FC This is the Official Astley & Tyldesley FC page. Our teams compete in Manchester League,Bbdfl, Wdyl, Smgfl Cyl Leagues.

Astley & Tyldesley JFC are a local amateur football club who have boys and girls teams that range from under 5's through to open age teams. Coaches are all Level 1 qualified and CRB checked. We are always on the lookout for new players as well as coaches.

Now we’ve had a day of rest 😅 and
Before everyone turns their attention back to the season ahead, we’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in our tournament on Monday. 💚⚽

To every player, coach, volunteer, referee, parent, guardian and supporter – thank you for making it such a fantastic day. Your enthusiasm, teamwork and sportsmanship helped create a brilliant atmosphere from the first whistle to the last.

A special thank you goes to our amazing volunteers, who gave up their time to help everything run smoothly. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

We hope everyone had a great day, made some wonderful memories and enjoyed some fantastic football. Safe to say it was another successful tournament, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back again in the future!

Good luck to every team competing today! We hope you all have a fantastic day filled with great football, teamwork and unforgettable memories.

From everyone at Astley & Tyldesley FC, we’d like to wish every player, coach and supporter the very best of luck. We are incredibly proud to be hosting this year’s tournament and are excited to welcome you all for what promises to be a fantastic day of grassroots football.

We hope everyone enjoys the day, plays with pride, shows great sportsmanship and creates memories to last a lifetime.

🚧 Please allow extra travel time when making your way to the tournament, as there are local roadworks in the area which may cause delays.

A few friendly reminders:
💚 Please respect our amazing volunteers – they’re giving up their time to make the day possible.

🌟 We’re looking for:
⚽ An attacking player with medium to high ability
🎯 A creative player who loves creating and scoring goals
📅 Training on Wednesdays
🏆 Matches on Sundays in the BBDFL League B

Mixed fortunes for our teams yesterday.

Our 1st Team put in another strong performance on the road, running out comfortable winners against Hollingwood to continue their positive start to the season. 💚👏

Unfortunately, it was a different story for our Reserves, who narrowly lost 1–0 to local rivals Atherton Town FC in a tightly contested game.

Well done to everyone who represented the club yesterday. 💚

At Astley & Tyldesley FC, we’re incredibly proud to celebrate one of our own.

Meet Jake Roberts, one of our U14 Typhoons players. Many of you will also remember Jake as our Clubman of the Year a couple of years ago – an award that recognised his dedication, commitment and positive attitude around the club.

Now, Jake has taken that same determination off the pitch and created his very own app! 👏📱

Jake’s journey is a reminder to all of our players that with hard work, passion and belief in yourself, you really can achieve amazing things. Whether your dream is in football, technology, music, sport or anything else, don’t be afraid to chase it.
