180 Dance & Fitness Centre

Established in 1977, family owned and run, we specialise in most forms of dance, movement and fitness. With the support of long standing, highly skilled trainers and support staff, we are geared up to teach even the most nervous of students. We train at every grade, starting from Complete Beginners, right through all the grades up to advanced social dancers. We also train competitive dancers from Beginners right up to Championship Level, including many Championship & World Championship Winners. Our speciality, however, is taking a complete beginner and turning them into a strong, expressive and confident dancer!! We have classes and private lessons to suit every need:

Social Dancers - do you wish you could just get up on those cruise holidays, works functions, charity do's or at weddings but don't have the confidence. We can turn you into a confident Social Dancer quicker than you would think!! Competitive Dancers - classes are a good place to start if you would like to take part in competitions, but going forward, we provide excellent Private Lesson tuition, practice sessions and guidance to help you reach your goal of achieving a high standard of competition success!! Balance of both - if you would like to dance like a competitor, but without the pressure of performing, then a good balance of Social Dancer Classes and Private Lessons will help you achieve your goal!! Wedding or Speciality Dancing - We provide packages where you (or a group of you) can learn an individually choreographed routine for your special occasion. We have tailored routines for wedding dances, corporate events, 'strictly' style charity do's, tv show cast tuition, Hen Party dance sessions and even NYE Party surprise entertainment for the hosts guests. Whatever your requirements, we could put something together for you!! Whatever your needs, we have options available that will suit you.
